Nicole Bandura has been practicing law since 2011. Ms. Bandura is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since 2011, Ms. Bandura has focused her practice on the defense of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases. Ms. Bandura handles all phases of representation and litigation in workers’ compensation cases. She assists employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators with post-accident investigations and trial work in defense of workers’ compensation cases. Ms. Bandura routinely appears before Workers’ Compensation Judges in northeastern Pennsylvania, central Pennsylvania and southeastern Pennsylvania. Further, Ms. Bandura routinely argues cases before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board.
In addition to Ms. Bandura’s Pennsylvania workers’ compensation defense practice, Ms. Bandura represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in the defense of New Jersey workers’ compensation cases.
Ms. Bandura was selected for inclusion in the 2019 edition of Philadelphia Magazine’s “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Stars,” a listing which includes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
