Ms. McGrail-Szabo graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Law. She was recruited from there by a large insurance company to work as a workers’ compensation adjuster. After three years, she decided to obtain her law degree at the Widener University Commonwealth Campus. She has since worked for several large firms practicing exclusively workers’ compensation defense, and has handled all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including hearings before judges, depositions of doctors, and arguments before the appeal board, the Commonwealth Court, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
