Terence A. O’Donnell is an Associate at Shanahan Law Offices, P.C. Mr. O’Donnell represents employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in the litigation of workers’ compensation cases. Since joining Shanahan Law Offices, P.C., Mr. O’Donnell has focused his practice on representing employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation cases.
Mr. O’Donnell has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since October of 2017. Mr. O’Donnell graduated from Duquesne University School of Law with high honors in May 2017. During law school, Mr. O’Donnell successfully represented low income people and the elderly facing eviction and collection actions as a certified legal intern at Neighborhood Legal Services Association. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. O’Donnell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2014 from Old Dominion University.
